Include:

• Name
• Telephone number
• Claim number, if applicable
• Any message necessary

Here are some general guidelines to follow in the event of a claim:

• Protect yourself and your family from injury
• Do what you can to prevent further damage to your property
• Locate and have your insurance policy and policy number available
