Diana Acosta, CISR, CPIA

Honesty, integrity and attention to details are just three of the attributes Diana brings to her work servicing clients. She is a people person and enjoys interacting with her clients, advising them on coverages and following up with carriers on their behalf.

When not at work, Diana likes to go to the gym – her hobby is working out. She likes to spend time with her grandchildren and doing anything involving the outdoors. She has three children, three grandchildren and a cat named Diesel.

Doris Adams-Chayka, CRIS

Doris addresses the needs of her clients by providing solutions through service and education. She has a real sense of team spirit and maintains a positive attitude and cheery disposition for clients and coworkers. Being patient and detail oriented are additional skills that help Doris in her work.

Polar Bear plunges and Boy Scouts are two things Doris participated in but now is more inclined to contribute to various fundraisers. Her hobbies include reading at the beach and camping in Maine. She and her husband have three sons and a granddaughter. Doris grew up in New York City and lived in New Jersey before moving to Lancaster County.

Kristin Adams

Kristin is the “go-to” person for day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department. She has a keen understanding of the Agency’s accounting programs and structure. While being very detailed and thorough, she is laid back and easy to work with.

Kristin is co-captain of Murray for a Cure Relay for Life team and participates in year-long fundraisers. To relax, Kristin enjoys traveling and spending time in nature, especially Pine Creek Valley, Southern Florida, and American West. Kristin and her husband, Jeff, live in Lititz with their two dogs, Chip and Hank.

Sherry Bechtel

Handling complex medical, lost time, and litigated workers’ compensation claims, Sherry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to claims management. Her focus is getting claimants to pre-injury status and expeditiously closing claims by easily navigating even the most complex claims. Sherry is committed to exceeding expectations by building trusting relationships with both clients and claimants, producing optimal results.

Focusing on gratitude for the mind and movement for the body helps Sherry stay healthy. She will tell you that her best vacation ever was a 10-day trip to Costa Rica with her husband and two adult sons who are kind, smart, funny, and keep her young.  Sherry lives in Mechanicsburg with her husband.

Alaina Bernhardt, CISR

It’s important to Alaina that the insurance experience for small business commercial accounts is as painless as possible. That’s where Alaina’s friendly attitude and enjoying talking with clients make her shine.

Alaina is a Board member of the Marietta Restoration Associates, Inc. and enjoys reality television and walks in Marietta with her husband Nate, son Cooper, and three Boxers JD, Luca, and Axel.

Heidi Betz

Heidi brings to Murray a commitment to our clients and efficiency in office operations that is an expression of her combined 20 years of experience in Employee Benefits and Wealth Management Operations. When not providing great service and being at team player, Heidi enjoys learning about alternative medicine, vacationing in Ocean City Maryland, going to live concerts and reading. When not out and about, Heidi comes home to her wonderful cat named Sig.

Ryan E. Betz, SCLA

With 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, the main focus of Ryan’s career is liability claims, including professional liability, nursing home, and municipality claims management. He also takes on the role as Claims Consultant.

Ryan enjoys backpacking and spending time with his wife, Amberly and their four dogs in Nashville. TN.

Jodi L. Book, CISR

As a quick learner and someone who retains information easily, Jodi handles the day-to-day servicing of her commercial clients. Any changes they need, certificates issued, she’s on it.

She is an assistant to the troop leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop, and loves carrots – especially cooked ones. Jodi also likes to bowl and visit the Outer Banks. She has a daughter, Mikayla. The family is completed by Gizmo, Shih Tzu, and Harley and Moo, Guinea Pigs.

David R. Bradbury

Helping our clients prepare for the worst so they can achieve their best is Dave’s calling. It takes an amazing team of people who work together to support and protect our clients, people, property and financial success; Dave heads up that team. His 40 years of experience give him the insight into the work our construction clients do as well as how insurance companies think. Dave brings the right people together to get insurance and bonding programs built, even when others say it can’t be done.

Prior to joining Murray, Dave served as Surety Manager and Regional Vice President of two top-10 bonding companies in Los Angeles and Philadelphia, respectively.

Dave served as an Officer on the National Board of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and as a Construction CFO Mentor. In his “spare” time, Dave volunteers with the PA Dutch Council Executive Board of the Boy Scouts and is Treasurer and Head of Finance for the Luthercare Board of Directors.

He likes to restore antique cars and is currently working on his father’s 1960 Chrysler Saratoga. Dave lives in Lebanon with his wife Jeannie. They have three children and nine grandchildren.

Colin Brandt, CPCU, AU, AINS, ARe

Having worked for several insurance carriers prior to joining Murray, Colin understands how both sides of the insurance business operate. This experience helps him negotiate the best terms and value for his clients. Colin acts as a technician able to listen to the unique challenges businesses face and then offer creative solutions. He likes that no two days are ever the same.

Colin is on the golf committee of the Central PA CPCU Society. The committee raises money for United Way scholarships. He enjoys playing golf and always pushes himself to become better. He likes to vacation in the Outer Banks with his wife Nikki and their son and daughter. The family resides in York with their two dogs.

Timothy W. Braun

Identifying, evaluating, and controlling risks are Tim’s areas of expertise. He has experience working in safety, industrial hygiene, and OSHA regulations to help clients and coworkers with risk management.

Tim cheers for Wisconsin sports teams including Green Bay Packers (sorry Eagles fans), and enjoys golf, gardening, fishing and being outdoors. He and his wife, Cheryl, have four children—two live in Lancaster, one lives in Wisconsin and one is in Oregon.

Debbie Brown

Debbie is one of the first contacts at the Quarryville office. She recently changed to an administrative role but brings years of experience servicing client accounts. Debbie’s caring nature and easy going personality are a good fit for this position. She is accurate and provides quick responses to client inquiries.

Teaching youth at her church for over 25 years, reading, walking and camping at the beach are some of Debbie’s favorite activities. She and her husband, Ty, live in Quarryville with their pooch Ruger. They have two grown sons and two beautiful daughters-in-law.

Lauren Burnside

Managing the Administration team and supporting the EVP of Human Resources by handling the day-to-day operations of the HR Department makes Lauren a critical part of Administration and keeps her busy.  She is also responsible for working through difficult licensing and compliance issues. Her ability to multi-task makes her the ideal team leader.

Lauren supports the community by promoting local businesses and participating in holiday food drives.  She is a fan of couponing and DIY projects, especially redoing furniture.  Lauren lives in Conestoga, PA.

Ivelys Chase

Having excellent people skills and knowledge of insurance help Ivelys explain the value of insurance to her personal lines clients.

She and husband Lovell have a daughter Julianna and son Ben. They live in Cochranville, PA.

Christie R. Diller

Organization and attention to detail are two of Christie’s top attributes. She uses these skills to help with various accounting tasks that encompass purchasing, management of the corporate credit card program and budget tracking.

Christie is involved in a local church and enjoys camping, hiking, visiting national parks and going to the shore. She is married to Keith. They live on a small farm with their dog and three cats.

Patrick Dixon

“It’s all about the coverage!” are Patrick’s words to live by as he reviews, advises and places executive liability for ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) companies and service providers. In placing coverage, he works with a company’s’ local insurance agent or directly with the insured.

Patrick’s hobbies include cycling around the open roads of Lancaster County and watching English football (soccer). Originally from the UK, he enjoys visiting his family and friends. Patrick and his wife Hilary live in Lancaster.

Sandy Dock, CISR

A strong commitment to forming relationships, building trust, and providing excellent customer service to both commercial and personal lines clients makes Sandy an integral part of the team.  She brings many years of experience in the industry and never hesitates to go the extra mile for clients.  Sandy is reliable, takes pride in her work, and collaborates to meet deadlines.

Sandy enjoys riding motorcycles on weekends with her husband and is an accomplished artist who enjoys painting on canvas, pet portraits and unique furniture.  She lives in Lancaster with her husband, daughter, and four cats.

Chris Dombach, AINS, CPIA

Chris is an active listener who strives to offer clients personal service by understanding their needs and making the complex simple. Whether looking for coverage for small or large businesses, cyber security, commercial auto, or anything in-between, Chris will find the best solution and work alongside clients to build lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Chris volunteers for Central PA Food Bank through Calvary Church, is an avid Philadelphia sports fan (which can also be an unhealthy obsession) and can be found on the sideline of his sons’ sporting games. He loves spending time at any beach destination and will tell you that Tahiti still ranks #1.  Chris lives in Neffsville with his wife, Michele, and sons, Alex and Adam.

Justin Doutrich

Having spent many years working in claims, Justin leverages his expertise and experience to provide clients with insights and assistance in managing their claims.  Being knowledgeable regarding carrier perspectives and understanding prioritization within a claim allows Justin to set realistic expectations for clients and keep the process moving forward.

Justin is the consummate soccer fan both playing and supporting Liverpool Football Club, his favorite soccer team.  He lives in Hershey, the sweetest place on earth, with his wife, Dedra, two sons, and yellow Labrador named Donut.

Donald H. Dresser

Don is responsible for market (brokering) negotiations and placement of large accounts with the various regional and national insurance companies Murray represents. He has been with Murray since 2015 and has over 25 years of underwriting and marketing experience.

Don’s enthusiasm for cycling is well known. He is on the Board of the Lancaster Covered Bridge Charity Ride and a member of the Lancaster Bike Club. In 2019, he cycled over 4,000 miles.

Douglas M. Dvorchak

Fulfilling multiple roles is Doug’s forte. Once he secures proper coverage for his clients, he can also provide risk management and safety services. He is a good communicator. Doug’s favorite part of the job is helping clients reach their goals.

Doug is active in ABC Keystone where he served as Chairman in 2019 and currently serves on their Safety Committee. He served on the Board at North Museum for 10 years as well as the Governor’s Safety Conference Advisory Committee where he was Chairman in 2009 and 2010. Doug was also a member of St. Leo the Great School Board for three years, serving as Chair during the 2012-2013 school year. He is currently a member of the Advancement Committee at Lancaster Catholic High School. Doug, his wife, and two daughters reside in Lancaster. He enjoys spending time with his family and being involved in his daughters’ activities.

Chantelle Fisher, CISR

With a passion for helping people, along with her creative mind, Chantelle fits well in her role as an administrative assistant. From keeping track of education and travel requests to looking for, promoting, and participating in volunteer opportunities the possibilities are endless when it comes to creating an open and engaging work environment!

Chantelle is a walker, believing that, to be successful in any industry, you need to take care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally.  She enjoys reading, playing chess, Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering, and completes her living space with her two wonderful orange tabbies, Sherbert and Milo.

Sean Fisher

Sean joins the team with a dedication to finding solutions to maintenance issues throughout Murray’s headquarters and its branch offices. With a willingness to learn and grow, Sean ensures Murray employees will be comfortable while working and AP Murray office buildings will be properly maintained.

When not learning and executing the best practices for property maintenance Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and their 2 cats, Sherbert & Milo.

Grant Garza

Assisting small and emerging businesses grow is Grant’s top priority as he uses his finance background to help clients succeed. Known for being a great communicator, Grant truly cares about his clients’ goals and works diligently to help them excel within their industry.

Grant maintains a healthy, active lifestyle.  Whether it be golf or a pickup basketball game, he is always up for a friendly competition.  Grant loves going to the lake, boating and waterskiing.  He lives in Arlington, VA.

Todd Geist, LUTCF

Todd’s 39 years of management experience provides valuable resources to his clients. He is versed in personal, commercial, and health insurances as well as wealth transfer, estate planning, business succession and retirement planning.

During his down time, Todd plays acoustic guitar and coaches youth sports. He is married to Ruth and live in Ashland with their cat, Little Man, and Airdale, Bear. Together they have two daughters and four grandchildren.

Isabel Gleason

Being detail-oriented, with the ability to learn new tasks quickly, makes Isabel valuable to both co-workers and clients. She collaborates with her team to provide administrative support to employees, retirees, and beneficiaries regarding their retirement plans.  Isabel prides herself in offering excellent service to clients while building lasting relationships.

Isabel is a Board member of Lancaster Young Professionals.  She enjoys beach trips to Cape May and Stone Harbor as well as camping and skiing with her family.  Cornhole is her favorite backyard sport and she loves making fresh peach ice cream in the summer.  Isabel lives in Lititz.

Jennifer A. Gohn, CPIA

Jennifer knows that issuing a bid, performance, payment or other type of surety bond means you have to be fast and accurate. She takes pride in the job she does knowing it helps her clients.

Donating to local fire companies and various animal groups is important to her. Jennifer’s family consists of husband Jerad, step-daughter Olivia, two Chihuahuas – Killer and Tinker Bell, and a black cat named Charlie. They all inhabit a few acres in Manchester (York) where the deer are well fed, too!

Jordan Good

Jordan specializes in risk management, creating tailored insurance solutions to protect businesses and ensure their long-term success. With a decade of experience in customer relations across manufacturing and retail, Jordan provides creative, cost-effective solutions aligned with clients’ goals. His strong interpersonal skills and clear communication help build lasting relationships and deliver impactful results. Active in local networking groups and community events, he enjoys connecting with peers and learning from their experiences.

Outside of work, Jordan cherishes time with his wife, Ali, their children, Gray and Lenna, and our mini golden doodle, Willow, often relaxing in Sarasota, Florida.

Lynne Griffin, CISR

Lynne has been told that her superpower is bringing people together and that is exactly what she does co-workers and clients on a daily basis, as she processes renewals, endorsements, and audits for commercial accounts. She is always expanding her knowledge base—learning from, and sharing with, others.  She is happy to be part of the cohesive team in our Commercial Lines department.

Lynne and her husband, Bob, are avid wine lovers with an extensive collection of over 1000 bottles!  Their vacations usually revolve around visiting wineries in different regions of the country and they love hosting wine dinners.  Lynne enjoys reading, gardening, extended family get-togethers, and scrapbooking. She married her husband Bob, right out of college, they have a daughter Taylor, and Olaf, a Maltese mix dog.

Shellene L. Griffin, CISR, CPIA

Shellene is considerate of small business clients and their needs. By having a good listening ear and paying careful attention to detail, she helps them make the best coverage decisions.

As well as being active in her church, Shellene volunteers at the Hanover Community Shelter, serving meals in the Provide-A-Lunch program and filling children’s backpacks with food at Ruth’s Harvest. She also volunteers at a local retirement center, visiting with the residents and playing cards. Shellene and her husband Kirk live in Hanover with their two dogs.

Mikaila Guest

Being detail-oriented, a multi-tasker, and accurate with daily assignments makes Mikaila the perfect partner for assisting contractors with surety bond needs and being part of her team. She loves that every day is different, bringing opportunities for learning and collaboration.

Mikaila loves hiking and spending as much time outside as possible (regardless of the time of year!). You will find her making trips to the greenhouse to add to her indoor jungle and outside gardens.  She enjoys reading and crocheting.  Mikaila lives in Leola with her small home zoo that includes three cats, two rabbits, and a few reptiles.

Nikol Hall, CIC, CISR

Working with the commercial producers to get the best market response for their client’s insurance program is Nikol’s forte. She is willing to help anytime, anyone – whether it be coworkers, internal staff, clients or company employees. Being nice and flexible contributes to her success.

Nikol has served on the Murray Relay for Life team and is past chair and co-chair of the Murray United Way campaign. She organized the Annual United Way Day of Caring for many years. She and her husband Ken are DIYers. If there is a household project – indoor or outdoor – they are on it! They love to plan a project, get their hands dirty, and sit back to see what they accomplish as a team. They live in East Lampeter Township and have a daughter Riley, a son Brody and two ornery cockapoos and a geriatric cat.

Lori Harris, AAI, CPIA

As Captives Vertical Director, Lori, along with the Lancaster Team, works to assist producers and clients with placement into risk retention programs. In early 2000, Lori worked in the captive arena assisting in the formation of a workers’ compensation captive. Since then, Lori has expanded her experience to include multiple platforms within risk retention strategies. Over her career, she has held titles of Account Executive, Producer, and currently Captive Director. Prior to joining AssuredPartners, Lori was a member of the Securus Group, a multi-faceted insurance agency in Lancaster, PA.

Lori is active in the Donegal PTO and likes to swim, golf, ski, bike, hike and travel with her family. She lives in Maytown with husband Kevin, Jocelyn and Graham (daughter and son), dog Lily and cat Sneakers.

Christina L. Hay

Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to Tina’s responsibilities in the Accounting Department. She handles payment to various companies we are in cooperation with each month.

Tina attends Grace Church at Willow Valley and volunteers in their Children’s Ministry. Swimming and crafting—especially scrapbooking, sewing, knitting, and cross stitching–are Tina’s favorite pastimes. She and her husband Dave have three children. They are empty nesters living in Willow Street with their Sheltie, Gizmo.

Susie Heim

Susie is the consummate advocate, always championing for her clients’ best interests. She loves meeting and helping people, and possesses excellent communication skills.  Susie has a continuous desire to learn the industry and grow in knowledge so she can effectively insure the futures of her clients.

Susie is active in her children’s PTA, helps coach AYSO, and loves spending time outdoors.  Her favorite pastime centers around spending time with her animals, going to soccer events and vacationing at the beach.  Susie lives on a small hobby farm in Paxinos with her husband, three children, and their gaggle of rabbits, chickens, pigs, and goats.

Beth Hildebrand

Beth is extreme in making sure details are in order! She plays the role of detective to make sure all incoming policies, audits, endorsements, and other documents are just right.

She participates in the walks for JDRF and the Wounded Warriors’ Project. Her pastimes include spending time with family – spouse Terry and daughters Shauna and Kacie – and vacationing at the beach or in the mountains. They live in Wrightsville with Camo, their Chocolate Lab and Butters, their cat.

Timothy C. Hoagland, AFSB

Tim’s area of expertise is construction insurance and bonding.  Prior to joining Murray, he worked as a bond account executive for an insurance carrier so he is well versed in both sides of the house.

He is part of the select group of surety professionals to earn the prestigious designation of Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding and is a previous member of the Board for the Construction Financial Management Association of Central Pennsylvania.

Tim and his wife have two children and live in Mechanicsburg.  He enjoys spending his free time with his family and getting involved in their various activities.

Nina Hoxter

Bringing creativity and a marketing background to Murray allows Nina to assist with sales and marketing administrative tasks.  You will find her creating promotional materials, analyzing data, and working on community sponsorships.  Nina is extremely organized, timely, and a trustworthy team member who brings a positive energy to all assignments.

Nina and her husband are active volunteers with St. Peter Church in West Brandywine, participating in food drives and other monthly opportunities. Nina loves playing the piano, camping with her family, going to local state parks and enjoying weekends by the campfire.  She will tell you that nature gives you a fresh perspective on life and allows you to escape and recharge.  Nina lives with her husband, Dennis in Honey Brook.

Renee Hugar

Making contract bond dreams come true is Renee’s passion as she works with clients of all levels—from small and emerging contractors to contractors operating multi-million dollar aggregate programs.  Being detail-oriented, Renee scours specs for information because she never wants a client to be surprised by what is in the fine print. She loves that no two days are alike and enjoys working with different clients and carriers.

Renee has a heart for community—knitting and crocheting scarves for Lancaster Wrap Up Project, and painting and leaving Kindness Rocks (#LititzRocks) on paths for others to find and be encouraged. In her spare time, Renee smiles and reads A LOT, makes paper flowers, takes Sip and Paint classes with her mom, and builds Lego sets with her youngest.  Renee lives in Mount Joy with her husband Aaron, and two sons, Dylan and Westley, along with their two rescue dogs, Freddy and Luna (whose name they realized is actually short for Lunatic!)

Amy Huyett

Working with her team to help service client policies is the favorite part of Amy’s job. Her contribution is to ensure the details are correct on farm policy renewals.

Amy is involved with Victory church and likes wood burning, baking, and going to the mountains with her husband Jim. Her son attends Lancaster Bible College and her daughter attends Solanco High School. They live in New Providence.

Sandy Hynicka

Our first impression coordinator, Sandy, keeps the reception area at our corporate headquarters on Duke Street running smoothly. She is invaluable to the Agency because there is always candy readily available at her desk for stressful days.

Sandy likes reading, swimming, and camping as well as mint chocolate chip ice cream bars. She has two sons, Kyle and Jared, and a grandson, Patrick.

Kristin Keiser, CISR

Kristin leads a group of sales and service individuals who provide unmatched customer service while helping customers understand their personal insurance coverage.  She has over 15 years of experience within the insurance industry.  Starting her career in Claims and then changing her focus, Kristin has worked many jobs within Personal Insurance.

Kristin resides in Berks County, PA, with her husband and daughter.  They enjoy swimming and vacationing at the beach whenever possible.

Paul Kelly, AIC

Everything claims-related is Paul’s forte. He investigates workers’ compensation claims, assists injured workers recovering from injuries, and helps employers with returning injured employees back to the workplace.  Paul’s gift of communication helps bridge the gap between the employer and injured employee.

Paul enjoys watching sports on tv with his wife, Amy.

Lynn A. Kleinsmith

Lynn likes knowing that at the end of the day, her clients’ questions were answered and their issues resolved. Her strong dedication and ability to listen give her the skills to provide quality service to customers.

While relaxing, Lynn likes sangria and veggie pizza. Walking, the beach, and spending time with family and friends are her favorite pastimes. Family is spouse Al, daughter Shannon and son Chad.

Sarah A. Kolp

Knowing how to juggle multiple deadlines is key to Sarah’s support of the workers’ compensation and professional liability adjusters. Additionally, she is recognized for being honest, hardworking, and detail oriented.

Sarah is involved with various church activities and likes to read, work out at the gym, and watch her nephew play ice hockey. Her favorite vacation is camping with her family. She has two kittens named Dexter and Max.

Joseph A. Kotula

Prior to Joe working at Murray in bonds, he was an underwriter for contractors in the Baltimore and Washington, DC area. This gives him a unique perspective on his client’s needs. Joe actively supports the construction industry with memberships and involvement in Associated Builders and Contractors, Construction Financial Management Association, and American Subcontractors Association.

Out of the office, Joe supports the American Cancer Society, United Way of Central PA, Knights of Columbus, Out Door Country Club as well as other young professionals organizations. Joe lives in York with his wife, Amy, and their two children. In his free time, he enjoys golf, hunting, attending sporting events and cheering for Notre Dame Football.

Nikki Kreider

Nikki enjoys being a part of a dedicated team that aims to provide world class customer service. With over 20 years’ experience in commercial insurance Nikki continues to build strong relationships and provide the best solutions for her client’s unique needs.

When not helping clients, you can find Nikki embracing sports all year round. She enjoys football, basketball, hockey, and baseball. Some of her favorite teams include Penn State: Nittany Lions football, Green Bay Packers, Chicago Blackhawks, North Carolina Tarheels basketball, and the Baltimore Orioles.  When able to, each year she enjoys traveling to New Orleans, LA and Bar Harbor, ME. Although she spent over a decade living in Chicago, she has made herself home again in PA to be closer to her family and friends.

Holly Murray Kutz

It’s Holly’s deep caring about each employee and their families that helps her to make sound financial decisions as the CFO of the Agency. With Murray since 1978, she understands the impact of the decisions that control Agency’s value. Holly is responsible for reporting the financials to employees in a way that they are confident in the results.

Holly serves on the Ann B. Barshinger Development Committee to raise funds for patient support and is Chair of the Lancaster City Alliance Executive Leadership Team for Neighborhoods. She is on the Board of the Lancaster General Health Foundation and serves on the Business Advisory Hub for the Lancaster Chamber. Holly also supports the Schreiber Pediatric Center in several roles, including membership on the Rubber Duckie Race Committee.

When she has free time, Holly enjoys being anywhere there is water and traveling with her husband Dave to national parks. They live along the Conestoga with their “son” Tux, a very fluffy cat.

Hong Lam

Hong relies on her soft skills, determination, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. To streamline her accounting workload and reduce Agency expenses, she relies on collaboration, challenges, and autonomy, the three favorite attributes of her job.

She volunteers at the Schreiber Rubber Duckie Race craft tent hosted by Murray. Hong can be found spending time with her family, reading the news, and visiting former professors, teachers, and friends. She is married with two daughters and lives in West Hempfield Township.

Elizabeth Landis, CISR

Known for being organized and schedule-conscious, Liz is a team player who works hard behind the scenes.  Connecting with clients, brokers, and wholesalers, looking to obtain specific protections for Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) executives and the companies they serve, allows Liz to address each unique situation which she believes is paramount to offering outstanding service. 

Liz is a Board member of The Boettcher House Museum, located in Manheim Township’s Landis Woods Park, and chairs the Landis Woods Art Show Committee. She loves reading, chocolate, gardening, and visiting family in northern and southern California. Liz and her husband, Bob, live in Manheim Township with their two English Labs, Lucy and Gracie. Her bonus daughter, Brooklyn, lives in Clearwater, Florida.

Christine M. Lowry, CIC, CISR

Her commitment, integrity, and willingness to help, make Christine the right person to manage the Commercial Services Team. Her patience and ability to truly listen also aid in her success to keep the department up and running.

Christine likes to take long, morning walks with her Golden Retriever Gracie while listening to podcasts. Other pastimes include gardening, cooking, and visiting the beach. Chris and husband David live in East Hempfield with Gracie their Golden Retriever, and Sully their cat. They have two daughters, Amanda and Erin.

Elena Luciano, CAP

Elena’s organization skills help keep the Agency running smoothly. As the person responsible for scanning mail and running the entire mailroom operation, Elena is a busy!

In her spare time, Elena likes to read, watch movies and babysit her grandson, Atlas. Her family includes husband Wilson, daughter Chazney (Atlas’s mom), son Eleazar and dog, Czia.  She is stepmom to Blanki and her children Sarai, Nehmias, Melissa and her children Lillyana and Anthony.

Mary E. Lyons, GBA, CEBS, RPA

Mary is known to be a mentor and excellent listener who wants to help people accomplish their goals. She has knowledge in multiple areas of insurance – employee benefits and life insurance for individuals and business owners, including executive benefits, key person insurance, and life and disability. Mary also uses her expertise in the P&C area to provide insurance solutions for businesses. She builds strong relationships with colleagues to connect clients with the person who can best help them.   Mary has been recognized as a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) in the life insurance and financial services business for her professional knowledge, ethical conduct and service.

Active in the community, Mary is known for lending a hand to neighbors in need as well as representing Murray at local charitable events. She enjoys spending time with daughters, Monica and Katy, vacationing in Delaware.

Debra L. MacKnight, CISR, CPIA

Debby prides herself on personalized, high quality service for her clients. She analyzes personal insurance programs for coverage gaps and better pricing. Her genuine concern for their needs definitely shows.

She volunteers for the Chester County Emergency management Services. Her idea of fun is to go glamping, riding motorcycles with her husband Dean and going on cruises. Debby and Dean have two adult children Austin and Heather. They adore granddaughter Parker.

Gala L. Marshall

A true “people person” and good listener, Gala uses her customer service skills and medical knowledge to help clients, providers and other staff with medical claims. Her caring manner when talking to someone who has suffered an injury helps put them at ease.

Gala active as an usher at her church and also assists with helping care for homeless and hungry people. She loves to read, sing, and vacationing in the Appalachian Mountains in western Virginia. Gala lives in Ronks with her two cats, Miss Kitty and Mittens. She has two children and five grandchildren.

Jodi L. Martin, CISR

Jodi is part of the Agribusiness team. It’s her role to process endorsements, cancellations, renewals and update the Agency management system. She has a strong work ethic and cares about her work and that information is accurate.

She is a fanatic about exercise and healthful eating. Jodi loves the shore, boats, and wave runners. She lives in Lancaster County.

Dustin McComsey

Dustin is a big advocate for his clients on anything regarding claims and / or coverages. He prides himself on providing exceptional customer services and enjoys working with the awesome Murray claims team!

Reading and exercise are his healthy obsessions. He also likes to play golf and go to the beach. Dustin is married with two kids and lives in Lancaster.

Raul Mercado, CLCS, AINS, AU

A gifted communicator and networker, Raul is an excellent negotiator when it comes to working with new and existing clients.  With the keen insight and ability to bring all parties to the table, Raul is a thoughtful listener who understands client needs and, in turn, effectively explains coverage options.

Raul actively practices and applies stillness in his daily routine.  He enjoys studying stoicism, reading, hunting, golfing, mountain biking, and clay shooting.  His wife, Brittany, is a high school Spanish teacher and they have a daughter, Luna Jo.

Dale L. Miller

Dale has a passion for insurance and helping people. This helps him ensure his clients are properly protected with the right coverage for the best price.

In his non-work time, Dale is a volunteer firefighter and likes listening to music and taking trips to the beach with his family. Melissa, his wife and their three teenage boys and daughter live in Ephrata with three cats and a dog.

Shawn Miller

A willingness to learn and be a part of a team that provides the best customer service possible are what drove Shawn to personal lines insurance.

When not learning and servicing clients, Shawn enjoys working on classic cars and volunteering at the classic car club, bicycling, and spending time in Florida. He has a wife, daughter and grand puppy named Cooper to occupy his time otherwise.

Tammi L. Miller, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Tammi considers her job the best job in the Agency. She considers her “customers” as the most talented employees an organization could have and considers it crucial that each one is respected and understood as a piece of the Agency’s puzzle. Solving problems for individuals, departments and the entire organization is a challenge she very much enjoys.

Tammi is a member of the Board of Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center and Lancaster Society for Human Resource Management where she is also Treasurer. Her healthy obsession is ice cream because she likes fruit on top! Tammi is an avid reader, preferably on a beach in Jamaica. She is married to Shawn. Their daughter, Healey, is in her second year of grad school. Tammi and Shawn live in Lancaster with Jasper their pet rat and grand-dog Cooper.

Amy G. Mitchell, CIC, CISR

With years of experience in the insurance industry, Amy is known as a strong advocate for her clients. Because she believes in them, she works diligently and tirelessly to find the most comprehensive coverage at the best price.

Amy is the Chair of the Agency’s ESOP Awareness Committee and is active in various community programs. Amy’s husband, Mark, is a letter carrier for United States Postal Service. Her daughter is Director of Pennsylvania for the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay working to bring businesses and farmers together to support their conservation and environmental goals.  Her son is attending medical school at University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.   Amy and her husband live in Willow Street and are serious Dallas Cowboy fans. They have two precious pups and a big fluffy kitty named Dallas.

Katie Montgomery, AINS

Ingenuity, attention-to-detail, and reliability help Katie ensure the TPA claims system works as efficiently as possible for our workers’ compensation and liability adjusters. As supervisor to the claims administration unit, she oversees the team responsible for all of the day-to-day tasks that support our adjusting staff, from mail processing to maintaining compliance with state and federal reporting guidelines.

Katie loves cooking for a crowd and spends most of her free time cycling, reading, home-brewing craft beer, and enjoying the outdoors. Katie and husband, Zak, have a goofy Boxer named Gus and two trouble-making cats, Barley and Pliny.

Sarah Montgomery

Working well and efficiently under pressure are Sarah’s strengths. She is very detail-oriented and particular with strategy and correctness.

When not servicing customer accounts, Sarah is a member of the volunteer staff for Phoenix Assistance Dogs, a local service dog organization. She helps with training, events, program bulk orders, and raising puppies for the program. Sarah is currently training her own service dog, Mushu the Labradoodle, and is raising Plum the Chocolate Lab. She has a passion for animals. Sarah loves drawing, painting, and crafting and, in her downtime, paints pet portraits for her side business, Montgomery Canvas Creations. She lives in Columbia with her “hoard” of dogs—Mushu, Plum, and GSD/Golden Retriever Mix, Rugby—as well as her cat, Marbles, Ball Python, Kaa, and Bearded Dragon, Ani.

Will Morrell

William Morrell joins our team with a wealth of industry knowledge and a client-focused attitude. Not only does Will aim to build and maintain strong relationships with clients but he enjoys working with underwriters to negotiate terms and renewals on their behalf. When not putting his AINS degree to work, he enjoys volunteering with Cocoa Packs, hiking, and playing volleyball and soccer. He currently lives in Mechanicsburg with his wife and their dog.

Marty Moser, CPIA

“Marty” has over 30 years of experience in personal lines new business sales and strives to help clients improve their insurance and save money.

She is passionate about volleyball and “serves” as the Mountain View Chapel volleyball coordinator. Marty is also a Sunday school teacher at the Chapel and volunteers for Miller Keystone Blood Drive and Tyler’s Ride. She likes vacationing in the Outer Banks. Marty and spouse David have two adult children, James and Danah.

Wendy Ney

Post-it notes are Wendy’s secret weapon to maintaining client relations by constantly following up on outstanding requests from both her customers and carriers. The favorite part of her job is working with the Construction Solutions team.

Wendy is married to a retired truck driver turned Uber driver. She has a daughter and two granddaughters, ages 4 years and 4 months, as well as a step-daughter, grandson and two amazing sons-in-law. Wendy is also a full-time caregiver to her 86-year old mother.  She is currently seeking the perfect rescue pet!

Andrew Nichols

Integrity, dependability, and a genuine heart for wanting to help others are how clients and coworkers define Andrew. He works alongside his clients and prospects to help identify potential business exposures while proactively seeking solutions to manage their tasks. Andrew likes meeting new clients and learning about their successes while helping them navigate new challenges.

Andrew is a member of Pennsylvania Restaurant and Lodging Association and serves as a Lancaster Chamber Ambassador. He likes to exercise and stay active skiing, biking, and hiking. Andrew’s hobbies include golf, lacrosse, cooking and spending time with his wife Kim, twin daughters Madeline Rose and Johannah Grace, and English Springer Spaniel, Riggins.

Patty Nolter

Patty’s outgoing personality makes her the perfect fit for her position greeting people and answering the phones at the Shamokin office.

She is active with the East End Fire Company. Patty is married to Jim and they have two kids – Jared and Chelsea and a Golden Retriever Cash and matching golden cat, Lennon.

Rebecca Nurse, CISR

Ensuring accuracy with her ability to easily see mistakes and errors, Rebecca provides her clients with excellent customer service.

She likes to take walks and visit favorite places that include Longwood Gardens, Hersheypark, Disney World and going to the movies. If she’s not in one of those places, you can always find Rebecca in a van down by the river.

Lydia Ostrowski

Being an empathetic and genuinely caring person allows Lydia to effectively assist clients through the claims process. Her eagerness to learn, while taking on new tasks and challenges, makes Lydia a valuable member of the Claims Team.

In her spare time, Lydia enjoys baking and yoga. She loves supporting local small business and exploring Downtown Lancaster where she lives with her cat, Rosie.

Jill L. Palmer, CISR

Twenty years of personal lines insurance experience and five-member team give Jill all that’s needed to go the extra mile for our clients!

Jill lives in Parkesburg with her husband, Roger, and two kids – Nick, and Morgan – along with Gracie (dog) and Miss Kitty (cat). Jill also keeps busy as a volunteer with her kids’ softball and baseball activities. She also loves to spend time at the beach.

Christopher Pierce

With over a decade in the Marine Corp and 12 years collaborating with corporate executives on insurance projects, Chris learned that life is more fulfilling with a clear vision and a defined target. With this mindset, Chris continues to help shape the vision and achieve objectives for the wellbeing of the organization.

Additionally, Chris enjoys collaborating with others and witnessing the tangible results of the collective efforts. So much so that he is involved in the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida and The Mission Continues for veterans. In his not-so down time he enjoys eating healthy, physical training, intermittent dieting, nature adventures and more. He calls the historic area of Central Florida home with his wife, cat, and small dog.

Grace Rajewski

Grace Rajewski, with 20+ years in the industry, is an experienced broker having worked at companies like Marsh, USI, and most recently as a VP at CBIZ in insurance. She also has experience in South Asia and the consumer-packaged goods sector, specializing in Manufacturing and Construction for mid to global market clients. Grace’s client-centered approach ensures tailored solutions and optimal outcomes. She holds multi-state licenses in Property & Casualty Insurance, Life, Health, and Annuities. She ran her own risk management and consulting firm for mid-market companies, holds a master’s degree in international marketing from St. Joseph’s University, and lives in Pennsylvania with her family.

Her hobbies include baking, animal rescue, snowboarding, marathons/triathlons, and various church positions.

Richard M. Rankin, CIC

Rick’s role is providing leadership to the organization. For 40 years he has dedicated his career to Murray and the insurance industry. His open-door policy means every employee-owner’s voice is heard. He is supportive of the Agency and the staff as they grow, seeing the visible results of the support we give our clients and the community.

Cultivate Community is a core value of the Agency. Rick demonstrates its importance by actively participating on the Boards of the YMCA and the YMCA Foundation, Southern End Community Association, Lancaster Alliance, Lancaster County Conservancy and numerous insurance company advisory groups. His most favorite organization by far is the Slumbering Groundhog Lodge, and he plays an active role in the prognostications of Orphie every February 2^nd.

Farming, hunting and spending time with family and friends are all favorite pastimes. Keeping connected to his roots is important to Rick. He lives and works on his farm in Quarryville, which has been in the family for generations.

Rick and Vanessa, his wife, have three daughters and a growing number of grandchildren – up to eight! Everyone likes to gather at the farm along with all their animal friends, including dogs, horses, and a pony.

Beverly S. Reed

Forming a strong bond with clients and championing on their behalf to carriers makes Beverly an effective partner.  By regularly communicating with her clients, she is able to make sure that all risks and aspects of their business are properly covered at all times. She calls herself, “the voice of the insured to the carrier.”

You will rarely find Beverly sitting around as she is very involved in her local Lion’s Club as an officer and volunteer at community events. You will also find her volunteering at her church, Pet Pantry, Food Not Bombs, and many music-related festivals in the area.  Beverly loves visiting her daughter, Katie, in Atlanta and exploring the city together. She is a crafter and recently started yoga. Beverly lives in Lampeter with her significant other, Kevin, as well as their cat and dog. She has three daughters.

Kathryn Reeser

Seeking out the best coverage at the best price keeps Kathryn busy helping clients with their insurance needs.  With a customer-driven focus and desire to always find the best solution, Kathryn will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Kathryn loves baking, watching movies, and spending time at the beach.  She lives in Lampeter with her daughter, Josephine and her two cats, Penny and Gunner.

Visiting nursing homes, walking and gardening are pastimes Marian enjoys. She has a son, Michael, and lives in Mechanicsburg.

Eugene V. Schmitt, CSP, ARM, CHST, CFPS

Thinking long-term and working to develop relationships helps Gene add value to organizations. Previously he worked as a safety coordinator so he understands the challenges, obstacles and roadblocks to creating and maintaining a safety culture.

Gene is a member of the Columbia Borough Fire Department and the Treasurer of Columbia Fireman’s Relief Association. He is the Assistant Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 35. Gene and wife Angela live in Columbia. They have a daughter and two sons.

Beth Shaffer

Beth likes that no day is the same when it comes to preparing and executing surety bonds for contractors and other construction entities. She will tell you there is no time for complacency when providing financial guarantee that contracts will be completed according to agreements.

In her spare time, Beth, her fiancé Jeremy and their blended family of Tyler (E3 in PA National Guard Army), Logan (aspiring professional golfer), Gavin, and Beckham love to go to the river or beach. When not on the water, they spend time at local dirt racetracks. Beth loves baking, dabbling in wood crafts and spending time with English Bulldog Marlee and American Bulldog/Lab Mix, Riglee.

Steffany Sheeler

Steffany has 14 years of experience in the insurance industry. She draws on her experience to assist customers with their personal insurance. She has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and is empathetic to her clients’ coverage needs.

When not helping clients, Steffany can be found volunteering for Zoe’s House, a dog rescue group in Sinking Spring. She is passionate about rescuing dogs and Daisy (Yorkshire Terrier) and Bowser (Schnauzer Yorkshire Terrier mix) along with her spouse complete her family.

Samantha Shiner

Having started at Murray as Administrative Assistant in Licensing and Compliance, Sam has industry knowledge that is unique and helpful in her role as Account Manager.  She works closely with clients by answering their questions and making changes to policies, drafting proposals, reviewing renewal quotes, and working with carriers. Sam is a fast learner and great team player—always willing to help out where needed.

She is actively involved in Arch Street Center and supports their mission of helping adults living with mental illness in a judgement-free zone. Samantha likes to learn about different cultures by traveling and hosting foreign exchange students. She lives in Lancaster City with boyfriend Mike and cat Harper.

H. Brandon Shuman, CIC

Excelling at mentoring coupled with 18 years of insurance industry experience give Brandon the ability to manage a diverse sales team. Working directly with Murray’s commercial clients has helped him gain a keen understanding of the risks they face along with the insights into developing comprehensive insurance and risk management solutions to protect them. Brandon makes difficult insurance concepts understandable and relatable to his clients, who trust him to safeguard their businesses.

Brandon actively serves his community and industry through work with the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, The Southern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, York County Economic Alliance, MANTEC, and the Manufacturer’s Association. He lives in Landisville with his wife, Lori, their blended family of Marisa, Maya, and Addison and their Boxer, Daisy.

Sarah Furman Smith, CISR

Sarah is dedicated to her work handling the day-to-day activities of her construction clients using her eye for detail to make sure everything is as it should be. She is known for her positive attitude and outgoing, friendly personality.

Since walking is her healthy obsession, it’s a natural fit that she participates in the annual Cystic Fibrosis and Multiple Sclerosis fundraising walks. Sarah likes to spend time with family, watch sports – especially the Philadelphia Eagles – read, and vacation on the beach. She and husband Ryan live in New Cumberland.

Suzanne Sollenberger, CPIW

Suzanne has years and years of experience helping clients with their claims, and the favorite part of her job is getting them good results! Her claim resolution knowledge helps her work out issues between clients and carriers.

Suzanne likes spending time at the beach, traveling and working in her flowerbeds. She has two adult sons and lives with Joe, her significant other in Harrisburg.

Lisa Sostar, CISR

Lisa helps people protect their hard earned assets by discussing their needs with regards to their insurance. She reviews current policies for gaps or shortfalls in coverages as well as helps them save money by making sure they are getting the best coverages at the best price. Helping anyone with a project whenever she is needed is Lisa’s motto.

Lisa volunteers at The Last Dog Rescue, York County SPCA, York County Food Bank and Our Daily Bread. She loves swimming, people watching, and traveling – especially to Aruba. Lisa and her husband Roger have two sons and a daughter, three dogs, and a cat.

Regina Spencer

As a Sr. Account Manager Gina is a wonderful asset to AP/Murray.  She enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with her clients and by having her CPIA she can do this most effectively. When not helping her clients sort out their insurance needs you can find Gina decorating her home, spending time in her flower beds, and tending to her 1964 Plymouth Barracuda! Gina is married, has 2 daughters and not one but two grandchildren and a dog named Tucker.

Carrie D. Squibbs

Murray risk control specialists are always busy and rely on Carrie to assist them. She is adept at keeping them in check!

Carrie likes making new things look old by refinishing furniture. She enjoys vacations at Surfside Beach, SC with her family: husband Scott; sons Michael and Tanner; and grandson Jackson. She and Scott live in Marietta with dogs Sam and Gracie.

Dario Stanley

With a passion for helping people and a proactive approach to safety, Dario Stanley’s role as a Risk Control Specialist suits him well. He enjoys assisting clients in identifying and mitigating safety hazards, streamlining safety programs, and staying up to date on the latest technology as it relates to compliance. As a people person, Dario delights in interacting with co-workers, clients and visitors which is a benefit when dealing with the serious topic of safety.

Although he is looking forward to becoming more active in his community, Dario spends his free time hiking various trails twice a month and spending time with wife, Olivia and their fur family of 3 cats and 2 dogs.

Reading about the benefits of specific foods in relation to health and wellness then incorporating that into her family’s routine is a new found healthy obsession for Judy. She also likes reading, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family. She and her husband have two children and a dog.

Harold M. Swarr

Building trust with his clients by trying to meet their needs with the best pricing/ coverage combination he can provide, is Harold’s goal. Working with his clients and the Agribusiness team at Murray is the favorite part of what he does.

Harold and wife Nancy have eight children, three dogs, and a rabbit. They are members of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Lancaster and like to vacation in Ocean City, Maryland.

Lily Tosado

As an account coordinator Lily works closely with the account managers, helping them with various customer service tasks including data processing, auditing accounts, change processing and more. She is a quick learner and strives to provide the best customer service for the clients.

When not assisting the account managers, Lily is involved in her church and community outreach services in her community as well as out of state. When it’s time to relax, Lily’s enjoys going to the beach and ice cream dates with Her husband Jose of 29 years. They have 3 adult children, 3 dogs and 2 granddaughters.

Catherine R. Trump, AINS, CISR, Elite, AIS

Customer service is Cat’s number one priority!  Her attention to detail, enthusiasm, and sincere desire to help clients and co-workers, alike, make her the consummate team player. Cat loves tackling a challenge and finding coverage for difficult situations. She will tell you to always keep learning.

When not assisting clients, you will find Cat reading, antiquing, and laughing around a fire with friends.  Her favorite vacation spot is the beach.  Cat lives in Mechanicsburg with her son Logan.

Beth Waldeck, AIC

Beth is an advocate for her clients working through a claim. Her focus is helping clients know what to do in the event of a claim and to manage the process for the best outcome. These skills make her the person you want walking through the process to resolution.

As an equestrian, Beth is equally adept as a teacher and trainer. Horses are her passion! Outside of work, her life is ruled by four-legged tyrants.

Kimberly A. Warmkessel

Having experience working with many types of employers, familiarity with written insurance policies and coverages, as well as experience with litigation in the workers’ compensation arena lends itself to Kim effectively managing claims for the best possible outcomes.  She is very accessible to her clients and is gifted in working with challenging parties and situations to effectively resolve difficult litigated matters.

You will find Kim working out at the gym three to four times a week as well as enjoying the dry sauna.  She loves vacationing at the beach and an occasional trip to Vegas.  Kim is married and has one child and two stepchildren.  She enjoys having out with her furry friends—her two cats and a puppy who is very energetic.

Kimberly L. Warner, CPIA, CPIW

Kim treats all her clients with the respect they deserve and every client is important – no matter the type or the size of their business. She enjoys providing coverage for challenging accounts and finds it gratifying when her clients appreciate the hard work that is involved. Coworkers know Kim to be trustworthy.

Kim volunteers with her church’s “serve out” program and Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development. She likes flower gardening as a way to relax and relieve stress. Kim also finds antiquing with friends and finding that perfect gift or treasure a rewarding experience. She spends time at ball games and soccer matches watching her four grand boys and takes motorcycle rides with her husband Mike. They live outside Millersville with horse Misty, and a pond full of fish and frogs.

Scott Wengrenovich, AU, AINS

Building new relationships and strengthening existing ones is where Scott excels. His competitive personality coupled with his extensive network and expertise of insurance is beneficial to his clients.

Scott attends Reality Church in Lancaster and serves on the Board of Directors of American Subcontractors Association. He is a member of Workforce Development Committee and Young Professionals Committee at ABC Keystone. Scott is an avid hunter who also enjoys golfing and spending time at their family cabin and Delaware beach house with his wife Emily and daughters, Blake and Elle. They live in Centerville.

Debby K. Whary, CISR, CPIA

Debby is active with the Halifax food bank and works to support the Cerebral Palsy Association in her area. She enjoys antiquing, gardening, and spending time with her six grandchildren. Debby is married and has a daughter. She and her husband live in Halifax on nine acres of mountain land.

Rachel and her husband, Curt, are involved in the Children’s Ministry at her church. Matthew Wiggins

Matt is adept at understanding the individual needs of his coworkers and how to best solve their IT issues, and he uses some moments to teach when possible.

Outside the office, Matt enjoys fixing various machines, vehicles, home projects and anything electronic. He likes to watch Philadelphia sports – mainly Phillies, Eagles and Flyers – and Lancaster Barnstormers.

Rick Wildin

Rick Wildin is dedicated to assisting clients in identifying hazards, recognizing risks, and collaborating on solutions. With a diverse background in safety across manufacturing, construction, and the carrier side, he brings a well-rounded understanding of safety program impacts. Rick excels in teamwork, communication, and patience, reinforcing or correcting safety plan strengths and weaknesses. He believes that promoting safety improves production and strengthens the bottom line.

Rick is an avid Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether at home or on vacation. He cherishes family moments with his wife and two sons, enjoying activities like camping, beach trips, and backyard pool days.

Maureen Williams-Hughes, CISR, CPIA

As an account manager for commercial lines in the Quarryville office, Maureen likes to interact and help her customers. She is adept at working by phone and forms bonds with clients easily.

When outside the office, Maureen likes reading, spending time with family, and taking their 1969 Camaro Z-28 to car shows. She is married to Jeff and they live with Bella their long-haired Dachshund in Quarryville.

Kelly A. Wilson

Being extremely detail-oriented, organized, and a fast learner helps Kelly keep things running smoothly in the Accounting Dept.  Her day-to-day responsibilities include purchasing, finance agreements, and making sure Agency bills are paid.

Kelly volunteers for LancasterHistory in their living history events at Wheatland and will tell you that hoop skirts aren’t fun!  She loves American History, the Baltimore Orioles, and her niece and nephew. Kelly is writing a historical fiction novel about the Civil War through the eyes of the wives of General Grant, General Lee, Abraham Lincoln, and Jefferson Davis. Kelly lives in Lititz with her dog, Wes, who she rescued from Mississippi during the pandemic.

Beth A. Winter-McGarry, CPCU, CIC, CPIW

If Beth doesn’t know the answer to a question, she does know where to get it. Clients value her resourcefulness in managing their day-to-day insurance needs. Beth pays attention to detail and reads all those policy forms so she has vast knowledge of insurance and stays familiar with her accounts.

Once a month, Beth volunteers at Trinity Lutheran Church’s breakfast fellowship where a hot meal is served to anyone who comes in. She also prepares income taxes for the United Way’s VITA program. Beth has visited 46 states, feet on the ground, done something in that state and not just driven through! She is married with two daughters that required two trips to China to bring them back when they were infants. The family lives in West Hempfield.

Lisa M. Yelovich

Experience, insight and the ability to see a situation from all sides are what makes Lisa an asset to claims management. She is skilled in communication and negotiations, and maintains a keen interest in mediation and resolution processes.

Lisa loves her local school community, serving as Board Director of Octorara School District. She is active in the Music Department at Octorara High School and regularly volunteers with instrumental and choral groups. Lisa likes to travel with her children and boyfriend, and they share her love of the arts and music, from classical and bluegrass to rock, pop and heavy metal. Lisa and her family reside in the beautiful Amish farmlands of western Chester County.

William S. Young, CPCU, ARM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

A Risk Manager in a previous position means Bill has first-hand knowledge of how to make sure his business clients have the right coverage for their organizations. Having held the responsibility of insurance buyer, he understands the need to meet budgets and achieve financial goals while supporting the mission of an organization. Bill focuses his practice on health and human services and is well versed in designing insurance plans for 501(c )3 nonprofit organizations.

Bill is Past President of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society and the Pennsylvania Dutch Chapter of the CPCU Society. He currently serves on the Lancaster SHRM Governmental Affairs Committee. He volunteers for a variety of agencies that serve children and youth. He is the Board Chair of the Occupational Development Center and the Ephrata Recreation Center. Bill lives in Ephrata with his wife Wendy and three sons and two dogs, Doug the Pug and Martin, a rescued greyhound.
