Polar Bear plunges and Boy Scouts are two things Doris participated in but now is more inclined to contribute to various fundraisers. Her hobbies include reading at the beach and camping in Maine. She and her husband have three sons and a granddaughter. Doris grew up in New York City and lived in New Jersey before moving to Lancaster County.

Kristin is co-captain of Murray for a Cure Relay for Life team and participates in year-long fundraisers. To relax, Kristin enjoys traveling and spending time in nature, especially Pine Creek Valley, Southern Florida, and American West. Kristin and her husband, Jeff, live in Lititz with their two dogs, Chip and Hank.

Helping our clients prepare for the worst so they can achieve their best is Dave’s calling. It takes an amazing team of people who work together to support and protect our clients, people, property and financial success; Dave heads up that team. His 40 years of experience give him the insight into the work our construction clients do as well as how insurance companies think. Dave brings the right people together to get insurance and bonding programs built, even when others say it can’t be done.
Prior to joining Murray, Dave served as Surety Manager and Regional Vice President of two top-10 bonding companies in Los Angeles and Philadelphia, respectively.
Dave served as an Officer on the National Board of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and as a Construction CFO Mentor. In his “spare” time, Dave volunteers with the PA Dutch Council Executive Board of the Boy Scouts and is Treasurer and Head of Finance for the Luthercare Board of Directors.
He likes to restore antique cars and is currently working on his father’s 1960 Chrysler Saratoga. Dave lives in Lebanon with his wife Jeannie. They have three children and nine grandchildren.

Colin is on the golf committee of the Central PA CPCU Society. The committee raises money for United Way scholarships. He enjoys playing golf and always pushes himself to become better. He likes to vacation in the Outer Banks with his wife Nikki and their son and daughter. The family resides in York with their two dogs.

Teaching youth at her church for over 25 years, reading, walking and camping at the beach are some of Debbie’s favorite activities. She and her husband, Ty, live in Quarryville with their pooch Ruger. They have two grown sons and two beautiful daughters-in-law.

Don’s enthusiasm for cycling is well known. He is on the Board of the Lancaster Covered Bridge Charity Ride and a member of the Lancaster Bike Club. In 2019, he cycled over 4,000 miles.
Douglas M. Dvorchak

Doug is active in ABC Keystone where he served as Chairman in 2019 and currently serves on their Safety Committee. He served on the Board at North Museum for 10 years as well as the Governor’s Safety Conference Advisory Committee where he was Chairman in 2009 and 2010. Doug was also a member of St. Leo the Great School Board for three years, serving as Chair during the 2012-2013 school year. He is currently a member of the Advancement Committee at Lancaster Catholic High School. Doug, his wife, and two daughters reside in Lancaster. He enjoys spending time with his family and being involved in his daughters’ activities.

Lynne and her husband, Bob, are avid wine lovers with an extensive collection of over 1000 bottles! Their vacations usually revolve around visiting wineries in different regions of the country and they love hosting wine dinners. Lynne enjoys reading, gardening, extended family get-togethers, and scrapbooking. She married her husband Bob, right out of college, they have a daughter Taylor, and Olaf, a Maltese mix dog.

She also volunteers at a local retirement center, visiting with the residents and playing cards. Shellene and her husband Kirk live in Hanover with their two dogs.

Nikol has served on the Murray Relay for Life team and is past chair and co-chair of the Murray United Way campaign. She organized the Annual United Way Day of Caring for many years. She and her husband Ken are DIYers. If there is a household project – indoor or outdoor – they are on it! They love to plan a project, get their hands dirty, and sit back to see what they accomplish as a team. They live in East Lampeter Township and have a daughter Riley, a son Brody and two ornery cockapoos and a geriatric cat.

As Captives Vertical Director, Lori, along with the Lancaster Team, works to assist producers and clients with placement into risk retention programs. In early 2000, Lori worked in the captive arena assisting in the formation of a workers’ compensation captive. Since then, Lori has expanded her experience to include multiple platforms within risk retention strategies. Over her career, she has held titles of Account Executive, Producer, and currently Captive Director. Prior to joining AssuredPartners, Lori was a member of the Securus Group, a multi-faceted insurance agency in Lancaster, PA.
Lori is active in the Donegal PTO and likes to swim, golf, ski, bike, hike and travel with her family. She lives in Maytown with husband Kevin, Jocelyn and Graham (daughter and son), dog Lily and cat Sneakers.

They are empty nesters living in Willow Street with their Sheltie, Gizmo.

Tim’s area of expertise is construction insurance and bonding. Prior to joining Murray, he worked as a bond account executive for an insurance carrier so he is well versed in both sides of the house.
He is part of the select group of surety professionals to earn the prestigious designation of Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding and is a previous member of the Board for the Construction Financial Management Association of Central Pennsylvania.
Tim and his wife have two children and live in Mechanicsburg. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and getting involved in their various activities.

Nina and her husband are active volunteers with St. Peter Church in West Brandywine, participating in food drives and other monthly opportunities. Nina loves playing the piano, camping with her family, going to local state parks and enjoying weekends by the campfire. She will tell you that nature gives you a fresh perspective on life and allows you to escape and recharge. Nina lives with her husband, Dennis in Honey Brook.

Being detail-oriented, Renee scours specs for information because she never wants a client to be surprised by what is in the fine print. She loves that no two days are alike and enjoys working with different clients and carriers.
Renee has a heart for community—knitting and crocheting scarves for Lancaster Wrap Up Project, and painting and leaving Kindness Rocks (#LititzRocks) on paths for others to find and be encouraged. In her spare time, Renee smiles and reads A LOT, makes paper flowers, takes Sip and Paint classes with her mom, and builds Lego sets with her youngest. Renee lives in Mount Joy with her husband Aaron, and two sons, Dylan and Westley, along with their two rescue dogs, Freddy and Luna (whose name they realized is actually short for Lunatic!)

Holly also supports the Schreiber Pediatric Center in several roles, including membership on the Rubber Duckie Race Committee.

Rick demonstrates its importance by actively participating on the Boards of the YMCA and the YMCA Foundation, Southern End Community Association, Lancaster Alliance, Lancaster County Conservancy and numerous insurance company advisory groups. His most favorite organization by far is the Slumbering Groundhog Lodge, and he plays an active role in the prognostications of Orphie every February 2nd.
Farming, hunting and spending time with family and friends are all favorite pastimes. Keeping connected to his roots is important to Rick. He lives and works on his farm in Quarryville, which has been in the family for generations.
Rick and Vanessa, his wife, have three daughters and a growing number of grandchildren – up to eight! Everyone likes to gather at the farm along with all their animal friends, including dogs, horses, and a pony.

Once a month, Beth volunteers at Trinity Lutheran Church’s breakfast fellowship where a hot meal is served to anyone who comes in. She also prepares income taxes for the United Way’s VITA program. Beth has visited 46 states, feet on the ground, done something in that state and not just driven through! She is married with two daughters that required two trips to China to bring them back when they were infants. The family lives in West Hempfield.

He currently serves on the Lancaster SHRM Governmental Affairs Committee. He volunteers for a variety of agencies that serve children and youth. He is the Board Chair of the Occupational Development Center and the Ephrata Recreation Center.
